Not certain since viewpoint is shown in part of the simplified metamodel at https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/38699/20100426MODAFAVViewpoint1_2_004U.pdf but it doesn’t seem to appear in the MODAF Metamodel (M3).

It is analogous to the TRAK:Architecture Perspective. In TRAK viewpoint takes the ISO/IEC 42010 meaning for a specification for an architecture view.
