Overview
The NATO Programme View is one of the 7 NATO Architecture Framework Views.
NATO Architecture Framework v3, CHAPTER 1:
The Programme View is introduced in the NAF Version 3 to describe the relationships between NATO capability requirements and the various programmes and projects being implemented. They provide programmatic details and highlight the dependencies between capability management and the NATO acquisition process. This information can be further leveraged to show the impact of acquisition decisions on the architecture.

Note that the NATO AF 3.1 documentation isn’t yet in a consistent state - it appears to be in the process of changing Subview
