Part of the NATO System View.
From section 5.2.6.14, p 442 of APPENDIX 5:
An interface (logical or physical) provided by a <<System>>. A <<SystemPort>> may implement a <<PortType>>, though there is no requirement for <<SystemPort>>s to be typed.

According to the definitions of the metamodel elements:
Only the System can expose a System Port and identify the Protocol(s) associated with the Resource Interaction.
Organisational Resources (Organisation Type, Actual Organisation, Post Type, Actual Post) and Physical Asset cannot exchange anything as they are not Functional Resources and do not perform any Function in NAF)
Functional Resources (Capability Configuration) can exchange information using Resource Interaction but not via System Ports and a System Port Connector so how is realisation of a Resource Interaction achieved with this set of definitions?
