Comments

Milestone is purely a marker to capture information about a project milestone. It doesn’t contain or add information about timing or effect on the TRAK::System - this is achieved using the Project Activity.

The linkage between Project and the TRAK::Capability that results can only be made via TRAK::System as it is the delivered System that provides the Capability, not the Project which is an abstract thing.
