View TRAK:Procurement Perspective

The TRAK Procurement Perspective describing how projects deliver solutions to provide capability.

In effect is part of the solution to the enterprise capability needs outlined in the TRAK Enterprise Perspective in that it provides a way of showing how and when things are procured to ultimately realise the capabilities required by the Enterprise.

It provides a way of showing time dependency between projects and is an essential for investigating capability gaps.

The TRAK Procurement Perspective has the following 3 architecture viewpoints (each of which defines a view):

Note that it is only the System that joins the TRAK Procurement Perspective to the TRAK Solution Perspective and TRAK Enterprise Perspective. This is because TRAK is very much an architecture framework for systems engineers/thinkers where we’re really only interested in things that look and behave like systems - not fixed structures without behaviour.
